Shri P.N. Prasad joined as Probationary Officer in State Bank of India on 09.12.1983 and rose up to the position of Deputy Managing Director in the Bank. After 37 years of service, he superannuated from the services of the bank on the 31 st May 2020. At the time of superannuation, he was heading the Commercial Clients Group, the Corporate Banking Vertical of State Bank of India. He was also heading the Project Finance & Structuring SBU of the Bank, the only such SBU among all Commercial Banks in India.

Mr. Prasad is a Postgraduate in Chemistry and is an All India rank holder in CAIIB examination conducted by the Indian Institute of Bankers. During his long career of 37 years in State Bank of India, Mr. Prasad held several important assignments viz., Branch Manager, Vidyanagar Branch (Vakadu); Chief Manager (Credit), Commercial Branch, Hyderabad; Assistant General Manager & Relationship Manager at Corporate Accounts Group Branch, Ahmedabad and at Industrial Finance Branch, Baroda. On his promotion to Top Executive Grade, he held the assignment of Deputy General Manager & Branch Head, Diamond Branch, Mumbai. From September 2008 to 2013, he was the Chief Executive Officer, Antwerp Branch in Belgium looking after operations of the Bank in the BENELUX region.

In his career, he handled some challenging assignments in leadership positions such as Chief Executive Officer, Antwerp; General Manager, Mid Corporate Regional Office, Chennai covering states of Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Pondicherry; Chief General Manager (Mid Corporate), covering Western India and Deputy Managing Director (Commercial Clients Group) including the Project Finance & Structuring Strategic Business Unit (PF& S SBU). Mr. Prasad has got rich experience in Corporate & International Banking, Project Finance & Structuring, Debt Syndication, Stressed Asset Management & Resolution, Risk Management, Trade Finance, Compliances etc.

Mr. Prasad was the Chairman of the Co-Ordination Committee appointed by the Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India, to address the issues faced by the Gems & Jewellery Sector in India. He represented the Bank in committees appointed by the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Ministry of Power to address the issues faced by these sectors. He was the nominee director of State Bank of India in HDFC Venture Capital Ltd and Oman India Joint Investment Fund Management Company Private Ltd.

He is presently a shareholder Director in Bank of India. He is also a Senior Advisor (Banking) to Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC); Advisor- The Investment Trust of India Group, Senior Advisor -Brescon & Allied Services LLP; Senior Advisor- Avendus Group and Advisor – Wanbury Ltd.

CMA Dr. Ashish Thatte is a renowned Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) in the Country. He completed his M. Com and Cost Accounting degrees before he joined corporates. After stepping into the teacher’s role, he successfully completed his studies for Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from prestigious Symbiosis International Deemed University and never looked back. CMA TCA Srinivasa Prasad is a Fellow Member of ICMAI. He has experience of more than 40 years in the areas of Finance, Cost, Management, ERP, IT, HR, IED, O&M, MM, CSR. He was the Executive Director (Finance & ERP Implementation) earlier. He has implemented ERP in 4 major Steel Plants of SAIL and the Central Marketing Organization of SAIL. He implemented ERP at NMDC in the capacity of Advisor (ERP), NMDC. He was the Council Member of ICMAI for the term 2011-15 and has been re-elected for the 2023-27 term. He has been the Vice President of ICMAI for the Council Year 2024-25.

Mr. Vinay Kumar Sanduja,

Vinay Kumar Sanduja is a seasoned legal professional with over 22 years of experience in regulatory/policy decision making, advisory, dispute resolution, specializing in corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, competition, and insolvency law.

Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of the Insolvency Professional Agency of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (“IPA-ICMAI”).

Previously, he served as the First Registrar (from June 2023 to May 2026) of the India International Arbitration Centre (“IIAC”), an institution of national importance, established by an Act of Parliament. He has held various senior level roles, viz., Associate Director (Business Restructuring) at BDO India LLP; Registrar, Indian Council of Arbitration; Senior Competition Lawyer at Dua Associates, Senior Consultant to the ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professionals, among others. He has also worked as an advocate in the High Court of Judicature at Delhi, NCLT and NCLAT.

Mr. Vinay Kumar Sanduja holds Law Degree (first class) from Faculty of Law, Delhi University; Masters in Law from Kurukshetra University, and specialized Post Graduate Diploma in Economics for Competition Law from King's College London. He also holds Intermediate Examination Certificate from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is a Certified Mediator and Negotiator from the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) under the aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Accredited Evaluative Mediator from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, London (RICS). He also qualified as Insolvency Professional having cleared the Insolvency Examination conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

Mr. Vinay Kumar Sanduja has published several articles and made presentations on insolvency law, competition law, arbitration and mediation. He is also a resource person for various institutions, including the All India Management Association (AIMA)-World Bank Programs, Indian Law Institute (ILI), Indian Institute of Public Administration (IIPA), and Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), Asian Competition Forum-Hong Kong, among others.

Mr. Vinay Kumar Sanduja has been involved in various committees constituted by Government of India where he made suggestions and representations. He acted as co-opted member of the sub group (studying penalty provisions) under the Companies Law Committee constituted by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Govt. of India to make recommendations on issues arising from the implementation of the Companies Act, 2013.He has also been part of Insolvency Law Committee constituted by MCA, Govt. of India on the issues arising from implementation of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

Mr. Vinay Kumar Sanduja was instrumental in drafting comprehensive “Guidelines on Compliance of Competition Law by Enterprises” for Competition Commission of India (CCI) taking into account best practices in international jurisdictions particularly UK, USA and EU.

Mr. Vinay Kumar Sanduja has also acted as key member of the Task Force constituted under the Chairmanship of Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law and Justice on the topic “Dispute Resolution” of the World Banks B Ready Project.

Mr. Vinay Kumar Sanduja was special invitee to the High Level Task Force constituted by Ministry of Ports Shipping and Waterways (MoPSW) for establishment of India International Maritime Dispute Resolution Centre (IIMDRC).

Mr. Vinay Kumar Sanduja is the founder member of the Arbitration Bar of India (ABI), a leading professional association, with Attorney General for India (as Ex-Officio) Patron-in-Chief. ABI is dedicated to advancing “Alternate Dispute Resolution” (ADR) mechanisms throughout India.

CMA Suraj Prakash Gupta is a seasoned finance professional with over four decades of leadership experience in public sector enterprises, corporate governance, and financial management. He is presently associated with Ernst & Young (EY), Gurgaon, as an Advisor since September 2022.

Prior to this, he served as Director (Finance) at BEML Limited from May 2018 to April 2021, where he also held positions on the boards of its subsidiaries and chaired key board-level committees such as the Risk Management Committee and CSR Committee. Before joining BEML, he had a distinguished 34-year career at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), where he held various senior roles across finance, taxation, risk management, and strategic policy formulation.

During his tenure at BHEL, CMA Gupta played a pivotal role in formulating and implementing financial systems, cost optimization strategies, and enterprise-wide risk management frameworks. He led major initiatives in cash and working capital management, technology collaborations, joint ventures, and procurement policies, ensuring operational efficiency and financial prudence. He was instrumental in the successful implementation of GST across BHEL’s units, resulting in significant financial savings and compliance streamlining.

CMA Gupta has been deeply engaged in policy advocacy, having represented the industry before government authorities on taxation and regulatory matters. His contributions led to several positive amendments in GST laws. He has also served on the Economic and Taxation Committee of IEEMA and contributed to taxation committees of FICCI.

An avid writer and speaker, he has authored several articles in professional journals and delivered lectures at national and international forums, including programs organized by professional institutes (ICMAI, ICAI, ICSI), trade bodies, and management institutions.
